Gift Wrapping Handmade Cards Mother's Day Cards

TGFM (Thank God for Moms)

With Mother’s Day having passed, I wanted to show you the cards I made for the sweet and powerful women in my life. I used my heat embosser to put a cool shine on the surface of my cards and give them depth. My favorite so far has been the gold (I recently bought more colors – I’ll post results soon!), but I love the way the earthy black and green one turned out.
I eventually made handmade envelopes for all of them but never took the time to get pictures… I’ll do better next time.
Let me know how you spoiled your mom-figures for Mother’s Day!
Here’s the beautiful shine in the sunlight!!
To wrap my mom’s gift, I used plain brown paper and decorated it with my Tombow pens, then found a corresponding floral paper to wrap the second part. To finish, I added colored pom poms and a fun purple ribbon. God, let me wrap presents for a living, please. pure joy.
